Whiting With Fruit Sauce
ingredients:
4 slices of haddock 150-200 grs . each1 cup (tea ) of wheat flour to coat1 cup (tea ) corn oil for frying
seasonings :
2 % by weight of fish meat salt3 tablespoons (soup ) of spirits ( rum )

Other Ingredients :

How to Prepare the fish :
