Melon and Stuffed Plums II Entry Options
1 Option -
Melon
1 large melon cut into thick slices
300 grs of sliced baked ham
Way of preparing:
Cut the melon into a few cubes, then peel each piece into 8 small pieces, cut underneath, without removing the place, then insert
one forward to the other, so that the ladder is interspersed
Serve in a shallow dish with two rolls of ham, without filling
II Option Black Plums
1 can of black plums in syrup, without lumps
Filling:
250 grams of Minas cheese half cure grated
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped or processed
4 tablespoons raw red bell pepper, finely chopped
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons (chopped) pickes or capers, can put half to half
1 pinch of salt
2 to 4 tablespoons (mayonnaise)
1 tablespoon oregano
Other Ingredients:
1 foot lettuce very large
How to prepare the filling:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients in the filling, wrap in foil
Make a very tight roll and put in the refrigerator for two hours
Then make balls much bigger than plums
Put the filling in place of the plum lump
Serve on a round dish of stainless steel, and lettuce leaves, well washed and well dried, without seasoning
