Conchiglione Stuffed with Four Cheeses
ingredients:
1 pound of conchiglione fresh pasta ( stuffed shells
Other Ingredients:
1 liter of homemade tomato sauce or processed or
1 glass or need sauce ready to choose :
To suck , Bolognese Arraviata , Funghi Porcini , Matrigiana , Four cheeses , sauce timber, Vongoli
White sauce.
100 grs . grated Parmesan cheese or
300 grs . mozzarella sliced not too thin or the thick grated drain
How to prepare :
Put in bottom of a large part of the refractory sauce over the conchiglione , one next to the other , over the remaining sauce . Sprinkle with grated cheese or sliced musarela .
Lead to medium oven 180 º C for 20 ' minutes .
Note :
If you want you can put two (2 ) sauce together the tomato on top and underneath , then the white sauce only at the top, ie , upon clear ( red sauce ) .
* For beginners do the same as you make lasagna by exchanging conchiglione ,
The difference is that the conchiglione is only one layer and multiple layers is lasagna .
Do not forget to put down enough sauce in the bottom of the form so they do not stick .
And over the remaining red sauce topped with grated cheese.
Be careful not to dry the sauce.
The industrial sauce is diluted with one part water .
If the sauce is dry add a little water or necessary.
